From Ten Cate Geosynthetics B.V. METAL received a nice order for the supply of a pull goat (feed system). On request of the customer no further announcements will be made.
METAL received a nice order from Quadrant EPP Nederland B.V. for adjustments of various production means. These jointly-developed adjustments will make the production of Quadrant more efficient.
METAL received an order from EPDM Systems B.V., Lemelerveld, the Netherlands, for the building of two mobile welding units and from Ten Cate Geosynthetics Europe B.V., Nijverdal, the Netherlands, an order for the building of an ultrasonic welding unit. The delivery time of both projects is end of April 2015.
(February 2015) METAL receives a contract for the construction of a fabric entry unit from Velener Textil, Germany.

We are proud to inform you that Velener Textil GmbH in Velen, Germany, has given a contract to METAL for the construction of a fabric entry unit for large and heavy fabric rolls. This unit will facilitate the activities of the operator and is a lot safer.
In addition, the customer will be able to process the textile rolls faster through the machine. Expected delivery time including the engineering of this unit; about 12 weeks.
(January 2015) Receipt of great order from EPDM Romania, Romania!

We are delighted to inform you that METAL received a great order from EPDM Romania, Romania, for the construction of a mobile welding machine for EPDM foil with a range of 2 meters. EPDM foil is increasingly used as roofing and pond solutions. EPDM foil is prized for its durability and elastic properties.
Illustrated is a short 1 meter version which was recently delivered to a French customer. The 2 meter performance will be an extension of it. The unit is equipped with a digitally controlled top and bottom heating. The total heating capacity is 6.4kW. In respect of the pressing force a pressure monitoring sensor will be applied in order to ensure a satisfactory weld.

METAL has bought a new tool presetter and measuring machine.
This machine is installed on Thursday October 30, 2014.
Easy to operate and equipped with standard measuring functions for presetting
and measuring of metal cutting tools.
We are pleased to report that METAL has received an order for the implementation of a production expansion within APM in Haaksbergen, the Netherlands. APM is a unique supplier of precision parts for internal combustion engines of world-wide known brands, such as Toyota, Renault and Ford. The activities of METAL include both the engineering as the realization of the final product operation within the production process of APM.
