We are delighted to inform you that METAL received a great order from EPDM Romania, Romania, for the construction of a mobile welding machine for EPDM foil with a range of 75 centimeters, called “crocodile”. EPDM foil is increasingly used as roofing and pond solutions. EPDM foil is prized for its durability and elastic properties.
After the construction of a test assembly and an extensive test phase, Research & Development employees of Ben & Jerry’s and METAL engineers succeeded in realizing a high quality cover control system into an existing production line. The vision system detects inline the quality of the covers, after which the erroneous copies will be blown out. This system will be implemented in phases into the rest of the production lines.
It concerns a machine that will check whether a certain standard of treated “impregnated” cloth has been achieved.

METAL received an additional order for an ammonia vaporiser from an Indian customer.
In agreement with the customer no further information will be given.
METAL is pleased to announce that a great, big order is received from Brazil. It concerns a production line for the impregnation of textiles. On request of the customer no further statements will be made about the nature and scope of the project. It is expected that transportation will be by spring 2016.
HESS AAC Systems BV ordered a new gripper at METAL. This hydraulic gripper will translocate autoclaved aerated concrete blocks including a cookingframe. The gripper will be delivered end of October 2015.
METAL received a nice order for laptop safes from Terberg Specials Nederland.
These safes will be installed in vehicles of Vitens.
In agreement with the customer no further information will be given with regard to the nature and extent of the assignment.
The expected shipping will be late October 2015.
METAL received an order from EPDM Systems B.V., Lemelerveld, the Netherlands, for the building of two mobile welding units and from Ten Cate Geosynthetics Europe B.V., Nijverdal, the Netherlands, an order for the building of an ultrasonic welding unit. The delivery time of both projects is end of April 2015.
(February 2015) METAL receives a contract for the construction of a fabric entry unit from Velener Textil, Germany.

We are proud to inform you that Velener Textil GmbH in Velen, Germany, has given a contract to METAL for the construction of a fabric entry unit for large and heavy fabric rolls. This unit will facilitate the activities of the operator and is a lot safer.
In addition, the customer will be able to process the textile rolls faster through the machine. Expected delivery time including the engineering of this unit; about 12 weeks.
